Sam and his team not only got me a great rate based on the current average, he got the building I was trying to buy in VA approved in 3 weeks(Which is crazy) so I saved over 300 a month in PMI. I highly recommend him!!!

Sam was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the loan application process. While some of the requests by the mortgage company appeared trivial or unnecessarily time-consuming, Sam always did his best to make those requests as easy as possible to fulfill.
