After having placed an order for a drum kit with one of your competitors 4 months ago , I grew tired of the runaround for why they didn’t ship it . I called Sam Ash direct and was put in touch with David W . He steered me in the right direction, and the kit was shipped the next morning . As I did with previous purchase online order was okay however your home page is pretty slow to navigate some people might not have patience
I always feel comfortable ordering from Sam Ash because it’s been around long enough to have become an institution, one that knows not to ship something as fragile as a drum head in just a mailing envelope! You’d think something like that would be obvious; not so with smaller local eBay sellers...
Excellent customer service. I called Sam Ash with a few product questions and help with placing an online order. The representative I spoke to could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. Company was quick to send out email confirmation of my order as well as shipping info. Great company to deal with.

Went right to schedule, got bumped from Thursday to Friday no worries there. It's been 100' plus heat this week, the drivers and the package got here safely, that's al that matters. SO yeah, I will be making a duplicate order for this "Bookstand" actually a clip-on music stand. I haven't taken it to band practice yet,, when I do I know there will be a request for one or two more. Nice product. ~D.
