Employ quoted me for a mixer and said I could come back and order the product. When I went back, staff Lane and manager Mark told me they could not give me the price they quoted me at. A complete waste of my time
The item that I ordered, I noticed a week later that my order was canceled. I did not cancel it. I did not get a message stating that the item was no longer in stock.
Then item arrived on time but it doesn’t work as described. I’d like to drop it off for a refund actually.
I love Sam Ash. It’s so bad that it’s going out of business. There’s no plan to continue On-line??

Ordered and paid for two of a product, only one showed up. Emailed customer service, info@ address etc. No reply - but they sure sent a spammy survey link to my phone! No wonder
I called customer service as my order went out to ask about the size of the violin case I had ordered. I wanted to be certain that I was receiving a full sized violin case. The representative assured me that the case was titled as ‘fits a variety of sizes’ and should fit my full size violin. Worst case scenario he said I could revise the package on delivery. Sam Ash on their own was an OK experience. The problem is that they chose to ship merchandise via FedEx Ground, which is a method that's almost as effective as setting it in the middle of the street and instructing it to walk to the recipient destination under its own power. If UPS cost triple what FedEx charges for parcel shipping, it would still be a bargain based on the difference in the competence and service provided by the two companies.
1 product on 5 ordered not available I guess. It took me a call to figure that out as there was no indication of this one product being cancelled from order. Rep said they were the only one working that day and there were sever staffing issues. Friendly I guess and other items arrived on time. Just seems like system is inefficient.
