Guitar received inoperative. I suspect it was a returned unit because it was in a Gibson box, no hang tags, stickers for Michael Kelly. One pickup and the control switch shorted. Had to take it to a tech for repairs. 2 year warranty is a no year warranty since Micheal Kelly and Sam Ash are the same company and both going out of businessÂ
Guitar was defective when received. Not sure it wasn’t a return sold to me as new. No paperwork, wasn’t in the original box. Has a warranty, but the manufacturer is going out of business.Â

The item is not good. It makes whooping noise whenever I turn the volume up. One microphone doesn’t work. The price I paid is not discounted price not worth for what I paid. I checked in the other company like Guitar Center they are even less the price and so as Sweet waterÂ
I ordered online had my package sent to the store which on my part probably wasent the best idea considering the stores closing. I can’t have packages delivered to my place because they get stolen. If u send your packages to ups store they charge so I was trying to avoid that extra fee. I did not realize the way Sam ash receives there deliveries from fedex is a total nightmare.
