The order and delivery was flawless so it might be unfair of me to give them 3 stars but their standard free shipping is through FedEx. I would hesitate to ship anything FedEx anymore but a musical instrument is just ridiculous to ship via thqt company and the option to upgrade to UPS standard was ridiculous. Considering Sams price was the same as everyone else I would not order from them again since I could get it a hald dozen places for less shipped a good carrier.
Incredible price on and amazing amp. I only wish it had been packed better. I spent an hour outside in the cold, picking Styrofoam out of the speaker compartment and wedged up in the speaker housing. 2nd amp from Sam Ash in a month and overall, very pleased !!
