My grandson helped me pick out a keyboard for my husband for Christmas. He found it and I was able to call and complete transaction by phone (we live about 1 1/2 hrs away) for pickup next day. They called back to be sure I knew it was floor model which I knew. Picked up and they loaded in car. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. What a musical delight!
