The Sam Ash website is well laid out and I easily found what I was looking for but the ait was extremely buggy. The shopping cart dropped items, item selection would need to be clicked multiple times to "take'. Other than that, good experience.

Order process and delivery was great
The product once I finally received it was great and matched my expectations. the process that I went through to get the product was less than excellent. I originally ordered an instrument from the website that apparently had been discontinued 4 years ago. Only after calling two weeks after my order to check 0n the status did I find out it had been discontinued and had to order a comparable product. Sam Ash desperately needs to update its website related to availability of instruments/equipment.
