This was my first time purchase with Sam Ash and I must say I am beyond impressed. Juno helped me find a hard to get guitar from a store in Vegas. Juno’s follow ups during the purchase process as well as the shipping process is something I have never seen from any other retailer. The guitar was packed perfectly and looked beautiful.
