The whole process was excellent until I received the bass. I understand that some stores ship their instruments with the strings loose in order to protect the neck from damage. That's not a problem, but after I tightened the strings and tuned the bass, the first 5 frets of each string had horrible string rattling. This gave me the opportunity to learn how to adjust the saddles to eliminate rattle and fret buzz. Thank you.

Ordered Scarlet 18I20 via E-bay and received the unit.. Add stated it was used.. but if that's the case it was EXCELLENTLY packaged up.. it looked to me as if I'd open a Brand new unit!
I ordered a replacement guitar case for my knock-off Les Paul. The store my online order was allocated to was out of stock on the guitar case.
