I dealt with the Manhattan store and the manager was very helpful. He let me know the guitar I ordered was damaged instead of just shipping it out, and offered a refund. That's good customer service.

I received the wrong item from their on-line store. But, when I brought the item back to my local store, they made things right. I was given several options which included a full refund.
