The entire staff at the Torrance location are terrific! I don't remember all the names, but two stand out. Michael helped me find a book about music theory. He is kind and professional. Alex is the manager there, and I spent the most time with her on the phone and in the store. She is amazing. She is kind, patient, professional, and really knows the products. Please let them know I appreciated them.
So far, I have purchased a flute, 2 music books, a music stand, and polishing gloves. Love it all. I still need a very first and easy basic book to understand reading music marks. I don't know much. I guess I should go online for video help. Love your store. Found you on Rakuten. Tell FedEx not to tie your packages to rural mailboxes! My flute could have been stolen. My mailbox is 1/2 mile from my house!
The item came quicker than I thought. It was easy to pick up. The only negative was that the package tracking didn’t work for me. But I called and the rep was helpful.

Did an online purchase of a guitar that turned out to be on display in one of the Sam Ash stores. Sales rep went out of his way to verify the condition of the guitar for me before I bought it. Folks at the store did a great job packing it up before sending. All in all, great attention to detail and one happy customer.
