Excellent no complaints
I've dealt with Sam Ash for three purchases recently. Two were just ordering online and I got what I ordered, as I would expect from any seller. However, the third was a hard to find, limited run guitar and Sam Ash customer service was extremely helpful and professional. It caused my opinion of the company to go from neutral to positive, based on my experience.
Called to get more information about the guitar I was getting. Store manager gave me a confidence on the merchandise and the shipping. It arrived in perfect condition!!

My order was processed and shipped in 24 hrs. The guitar I bought was packed well for fedex and arrived in a few days with no damage to the carton. Opened the outer box to find the Epiphone box inside to be pristine. The guitar in that box was in perfect condition and flawless. The tone and playability of the Epiphone Hummingbird honey top is magic. Thank you to Sam Ash store for along care of this customer.
