Order for store pick-up went through okay, but I did not receive notification that the merchandise had in fact arrived, so had to chase up with contact customer service. Pick-up at Westminster store was pleasant.
The experience started off a bit rocky - ordered equipment from the dot.com store. The equipment was not in stock, but the dot com store did not inform me of this fact, nor did they refund my payment. I went to see Chad Robinson, the sales manager at the Columbus store, who fixed the botched dot com purchase and then was extremely helpful in finding an alternative way to meet my equipment needs.
