Great item! Great customer service! Fast Shipping. The item was a demo guitar, at a reduced price. It was in great shape with a small slight surface scratch on the back that can only be seen if you move it in the light. A Sam Ash employee called to make sure I did not mind that the item was a demo and defined demo over the phone. I bought the guitar online and it was also clearly stated that it would be a demo and what that would mean.Â
We purchased a guitar that was not in stock and it arrived in a timely fashion as planned. The process was pretty seamless. Rick was great!Â

Order for store pick-up went through okay, but I did not receive notification that the merchandise had in fact arrived, so had to chase up with contact customer service. Pick-up at Westminster store was pleasant.Â
The experience started off a bit rocky - ordered equipment from the dot.com store. The equipment was not in stock, but the dot com store did not inform me of this fact, nor did they refund my payment. I went to see Chad Robinson, the sales manager at the Columbus store, who fixed the botched dot com purchase and then was extremely helpful in finding an alternative way to meet my equipment needs.
