The pair of Yamaha guitar soft cases were exactly as described in your ad. They fit my two Yamaha APXT2* 3/4 size guitars perfectly, and will protect them far better than the original gig bags. The cases were delivered quickly as promised. Sam Ash delivers once again! *WHY do I have 2 of the same guitar? They are identical except one is tuned as a standard guitar,[E,A,D,G,B,E] and one is "ukulele tuned" [A,D,G,C,E,A]. I use a .007 string for that high A.

The entire staff at the Torrance location are terrific! I don't remember all the names, but two stand out. Michael helped me find a book about music theory. He is kind and professional. Alex is the manager there, and I spent the most time with her on the phone and in the store. She is amazing. She is kind, patient, professional, and really knows the products. Please let them know I appreciated them.
So far, I have purchased a flute, 2 music books, a music stand, and polishing gloves. Love it all. I still need a very first and easy basic book to understand reading music marks. I don't know much. I guess I should go online for video help. Love your store. Found you on Rakuten. Tell FedEx not to tie your packages to rural mailboxes! My flute could have been stolen. My mailbox is 1/2 mile from my house!
The item came quicker than I thought. It was easy to pick up. The only negative was that the package tracking didn’t work for me. But I called and the rep was helpful.
