Purchased a guitar. Happy with the purchase. Didn't get am email confirmation and update on delivery. Had to check via chat to get a status on the delivery and who was the deliverer was. Merchandise came in timely manner ( 1 week) and in good condition, however, I wasn't impressed with the packing. Hole in the box. Luckily nothing harmed. Not sure I'd have it shipped directly again.
