she isnt phony!! gabriela nappo isn't a shark. she put my wife and me into a way better situation than we thought. she spent over 3 hours in one day talking us through all the paperwork and making sure that this was the decision we wanted. there was never any pressure and we never felt that she wanted anything more than to help us and that's exactly what she did. we love her.
