They will ding your credit without telling you!! Agent Brittany Sandlan #1835*** acted like she was doing a soft pull of my credit but did a hard pull which appeared on my credit report. There was no reason to do a hard pull because I was just asking about HELOC options which she said she would look into. Ran my credit without permission I checked on LT to see my options. A lady from Mutual of Omaha calls and asked what was I looking to do concerning my refinancing. She then goes into telling me how much I owe on my home and other information I didn’t disclose. I ask if she ran my credit she tells me yes, she had to to see what she could offer. Awful experience Originator reached out and pushed super hard to make a hard inquiry to give me a horrible rate that is higher than most of the big banks.

Really poorly treated Originator seemed helpful & knowledgeable, but after nearly 2 months & the appraisal, I was told I had to supply documents from the previous owner. I have owned the house for 16 yrs and would have no way of acquiring them. When I reached out to the originator, he sent my message on to someone else. I was told they didn't know it was a mfg house, even though I revealed that up front. So they would not do the refi. I don't recommend MoO Mortgage to anyone.

WARNING****** Unprofessional, deceiving representatives and management in training. Christian was our rep and he said anything and everything to gain our confidence in him. When things started going left he would say his team dropped the ball and tell you to sign papers regardless if they were wrong to avoid a delay on the loan. I let him know we didn't feel comfortable signing anything that wasn't right and he said he would talk to his manager to fix the problem and we would get an updated Disclosure (final ) with the "righ... read more

Very poor experience My biggest complaint is that they did not follow through on doing anything they said they would. I am older and have had a number of mortgages in my lifetime so it's not like I don't understand the approval process. But this company just wasted a lot of my time. My credit is exceptional and I qualified with little problem but they would ask the same questions over and over and never listened to anything that was said--even when it was in writing. I found my experience with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, was not a good one I found my experience with LendingTree lenders, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, was not a good one. I got four lenders that wanted to get me loan, two the posted their offer in print other two wanted to conduct business my phone, which left no way compare offers.
