Excellent Service! I put in a request through Lending Tree on a Sunday and within an hour or less, I received a call from Jacob Fillipp of Bridgeview Bank. I had read some of the reviews and was skeptical; however, they offered the best rate and when I set my expectations (rather high I might add) with Jacob, he agreed he could meet them. He absolutely did! He was personable, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, patient and most of all kept his promises and commitments. I don't think I could have made a better choice.

Bridgeview Bank Mortgage Our mortgage consultant at Bridgeview Bank is tremendous!! He has been in constant contact with us, helping us through the entire process. He has answered all of our questions, within 24 hours every time! Our loan is very complex and he stayed with us every step of the way. At first I was skeptical handing over all of our personal documents but after checking out Bridgeview I knew this would be the way to go. What a relief to work with someone you can trust.
upfront I received a call from Tim, went over my homes values and what my needs were. after throwing some figures around Tim and I came to the conclusion that they would not be able to help me with what I needed out of the homes. Tim was very professional and up front with what I would be looking at,although I did not get a loan thru Bridgeview this time, and only because I did not have enough equity at this time, I will keep Tim in mind next time.
