One of my favorites! Everything about this place is yummy
One of the best restaurants on Long Island. They change the menu appropriately 4 x per year so you always have great choices. The wine list is outstanding many good value high end wines. Dan the bartender is one of the best and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The restaurants interior is lovely, beachy colors, and nicely appointed. We shared a bowl of PEI mussels in a spicy coconut broth, which was so tasty! A bit of a kick, but not overpowering, and given bread for dipping, which we could've done again and again! Have been here before and enjoyed. This time, not as much. Had the crab cake which had way to many (and too large) pieces of green and red peppers. Halibut portion was small. Cheese on lobster pasta?? Just a few things that made us think twice.
Was our first time at Sandbar and we will definitely be back. First, the waitstaff were exceptional. Juan and the other two waitstaff were great. Martini’s were very good and served with iced buckets and mini carafes to keep chilled. Definitely a nice touch. The food was very good. We had oysters and duck tacos for starters.
