A nice restaurant in the village. Late lunch, starting with the Pei mussel.. quiet spicy but good. Then since I love duck I choose the Duck Two Ways (breast and confit) the confit was outstanding crispy outside and tender inside. The breast however was supposed to be medium rare (asked and confirmed ... that why I choose that entree) and unfortunately was not..... so too cooked that I could only eat half of it which is a pity when paying that price. Service was excellent. Good pour in the drinks Scallops excellent as was the salmon and steak. Good portion. Very enjoyable experience

Excellent cocktails, food, and service. Portions are somewhat small, but we enjoyed a special occasion at Sand Bar and will return again soon.
We are never disappointed at Sandbar. The food, the drinks, the service is all beyond compare. When we leave, we are always planning our next visit.

We visited Sandbar 4 or 5 times in 7 weeks, immediately becoming comfortable and feeling like "regulars" in this cozy Cold Spring Harbor restaurant. Every dish we have ordered has been delicious, beautifully presented, and professionally served. Portions are plentiful, drinks are generous, with Cosmos served with an ice bucket for the mini-carafe filled with the overage of the mix. Pricing is more than reasonable. Sandbar is a keeper for us!
