I want to be as objective as possible here. I have to say all the staffs here are very friendly, accommodating and gentle. They're also very quick with handling all the patients, so front desk experience is really nice. I just want to say that first. I only stopped by because I found a stray dog and wanted to see if she was chipped. Which she was. The staff there was soooo nice. One guy tried to keep this sweet little stray company and calm while the other made phone calls to locate the owner. The owner wasn't home so she left a VM message and told me that they would be willing to keep her until the owner could come pick her up. I felt so much better that she would be safe

Dr. Littlehale has been my vet for the past 20 years. He and his staff have seen me through lots of kitty care. I recommend him without reservation. I have now moved across state, and will miss this great Pet Hospital, and the staff.

This place is my go to for every pet I own. I brought my rabbit back here after my housemate had panicked and taken her to Tama Vet Hospital while I was out of town. They nearly killed her! Mitsy recovered within hours of treatment here. They know how to take care of pets other places will likely kill. I will never ever allow my pets to be taken elsewhere. We have been taking our puppy Hausmer here since we brought him home at 12 weeks old. He's almost a year now and we've had the pleasure of working with veterinarians Littlehale, Lawrence, and Peirt- all were very approachable, professional, and compassionate. They do a very thorough physical assessment and provide clear written and verbal care instructions as well as explanations. I have been taking my bird(s) to see Dr. Littlehale for about 3 years upon the recommendation of the lady who watched my birds. He has been really great with them and you can tell he is very knowledgeable, exams are very thorough and he really knows a lot about birds. I never felt like he charged me unfairly and is very good about understanding where you are at with what you are willing to spend, so he is upfront of the cost of things and lets you make decisions without putting a guilt trip on you.

We've been 3 times. Doctor Lawrence has always been nice and helpful but does not have expert knowledge about pets rats. Dr. Littlhale will see ratties but has an indifferent manner. They did not get a towel or anything set up on the exam table in prep for seeing them. They are better than most but not great.

I got a puppy, brought her here for her first wellness shots. They had a good deal. I got the worms and the Distemper shots. THey are very affordable. They also fix ur dog which is expensive at a lot of places. They doctors care very much and are very smart.
