My special Needs brother was in this facility. There were constantly problems with medication dispensing concerns. Labs were not being done per doctor's orders. Phone in room was out of service for days and multiple requests to fix it were made. Different patients would enter into his personal space and try to take his things. I had to have his personal caregiver sit daily with him as I could not for personal reasons. Food was terrible. Quality of care was not good.
I have never submitted a negative review before because I believe in treating others as I wish to be treated. However, I feel it is necessary to share my observations, even though I am not a permanent staff member. Feedback from both nursing staff and patients indicates significant dissatisfaction with the quality of patient care, largely due to chronic understaffing, especially on weekends. Per-diem nurses often fill these gaps, but they face challenges such as insufficient access to essential medications and supplies whil... read more
My mother was here last year. At first it appeared all seemed well. When I would try and call the staff, it became a nightmare. They were clearly short handed of CNAs and Nurses. Meds were NOT given in time and this became a very big issue. I live 3 hours away so I could not get there quickly. One night my Mom called and said it was time for her to die. They were once again LATE on her pain meds. I tried working with staff, nurses, and charge nurse. Nothing helped. The physician did NOT want to ORDER LAB OR XRAYS o... read more
I've had a family member stay here a few years back when Rusty, the administrator, was still there. It was great... I recently went back to the facility because my father is staying there due to an accident he had. I've been trying to get a hold of social services for over a week now, and I haven't heard anything back. The meal portions are super small. My toddler won't even get full with that... On the other hand. The cnas there are great. They provide the best care and are making the best of it for my father and every othe... read more

My grandmother and I's experience dealing with this facility has been nothing short of unbelievable. the day she was transferred here from the hospital I reached out to try to speak to a nurse or dr about her care plan/ time frame and the phone just rang for 20 min. the next day my grandma reported to me that she had no been giver her meds, she had not spoken to a dr or nurse, and no one would talk to her or bring her food. I called 5 times that morning when someone finally answered they said my grandma what's no their patie... read more

My dad was transferred here at 4:30 pm after a three hour transport. He did not get his Parkinson's medication until 8pm and this was only after I threatened to call the ombudsman, which I did. So that is about 7 hours with no medication with advanced Parkinson's. As of 8 pm he still had not been fed. The nurse's first excuse was that they couldn't feed him because he arrived too late. Then she told me that they didn't have the right kind of food for his feeding tube. So no nutrients since noon. Letting my dad come here is t... read more
Christmas Eve. Abandoned with no care for four hours. No one got their pain or other bedtime meds. No Manager on sight. One RN for 150 people. Cruel and inhumane. Someone needs to report this place. Zero stars.
