This place is deplorable! Dirty, old, disorganized, noisy, nursing staff lacks empathy and necessary training, etc. My family member was discharged with active C-Diff and a Stage 4 pressure wound. We were told that insurance would no longer cover "unnecessary treatment." Two minutes after discharge, I forgot to ask the Dr. (Dr. Potts) a question, and went back to ask him. His reply to me was, "He is discharged, and no longer my patient. You will have to get him to his primary care physician and ask them." ARE YOU KIDD... read more
It is a horrible place. Dark and grim, smelly, old building filled with the psychiatric patients. When the evening sets, they start screaming, running and acting. Then, the place resembles Bedlam. It is not possible to sleep. The level of noise from the patients, the loud music they play day or night, room call bells and machines approaches the industrial level requiring ear plugs or muffs to survive.
