Avoid at all cost Where do we start, there’s constantly trash all around the property and improperly dumped at the trash compactor along with furniture and other things not supposed to be there. Neighbors have 0 respect for “quiet hours” and at least my building constantly smells like cigarettes even thought they’re supposed to be non smoking. DO NOT COME HERE NEVER EVER I REGRET EVERYDAY THAT I MOVED HERE Never ever step your foot in this place. I think these Scandia apartments need to be taken off the list on any website. There is always trash everywhere and no one takes the trash from the dumpster. I have so many pictures. It looks like a trash mountain and it stinks so badly with so many mosquitos in the summer. Don’t Move Here! Worst apartments I have lived in. Grounds are unkept and nasty, trash everywhere. People dump their furniture by the compactor. Apartments are not ready upon move in, needs updated. Leaking water from the ceiling, toilet issues, hallway smells of weed all the time. Had to put in multiple maintenance request day of move in. Maintenance is slow and does not know how to fix things properly.
Nice apartments, bad property management Maintenance issues since move in 6 months ago still not resolved. Ridiculously long times to get a response to issues considered "emergency maintenance" and phone calls to management office are ignored.
Apartment looks nice, but it is not ! Very bad neighbors. Very noisy. Nasty people. Many of them don’t how to put trash in the compactor ! They have no regard or concern for others !
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE Would give zero stars if I could! This place is an absolute joke. Promised at signing this was a drug free community and that they don’t allow criminals to live here. Low and behold, every building reeks of weed and I have watched countless drug deals happen in the parking lot. My water heater caught fire. The Indianapolis Fire Department, being the great men and women they are, came out and fixed it and informed me the wiring was not up to code. Pet Friendly, but Terrible Management Management lost my move out paperwork, and then charged me penalty fees for their own incompetency.

NEVER Move Here! We have roaches living in the walls! They come out of the outlets, sinks, vents, holes from screws, and more! I have complained and no one will listen. When the exterminator came he only sprayed in the kitchen and out two bathrooms. They are now in every single room of our apartment. They're so bad they literally fried the wires on our oven - which has been broken for TWO MONTHS! My husband and I are livid. This place was great at first but it went downhill really quickly. DONT DO IT!! I have lived at Scandia almost 5 years. I got a discount because I was in a “classic” (not fixed up) unit. I have horrible smells under all sinks because of previous water damage. NOTHING gets fixed because they are waiting for me to leave. Hole in dining room ceiling and several places where the ugly popcorn is coming down. Water heater has had the element replaced at least a dozen times. Power goes out ONLY in my unit frequently. Water heater trips the breaker which CANNOT be re-engaged in the apartment.
