Verified Renter very nice place to live and maintanice is good and fast.The outside light does not work in front of the building.Needs more dog waste baskets and needs work on the landscape and the outsiode of the buildings need paint and needs some work
Verified Renter It’s been good. Only small things have been annoying, but that’s how it is anywhere. For example our fridge light is out and we told them but they haven’t helped in about a month. Other than that it’s been good.

Verified Renter Third year living here. It's a good place to live. Conveniently located. Spacious apartments. Great scenery of woods and the river. Tennis court and pool are fun. Food trucks come on weekends which is nice. Only complaints I have are that maintenance can take too long to address issues, and the office made us sign our renewal 4 months in advance this year, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone whose situation may change quickly.
