Verified Renter 9 year resident, love my apartment home in scandia and the square footage!! Dislike the lack of building upkeep such as our gutters not guttering (current situation) due to overflow of leaves. Gutter clean outs needed. Dislike the lack of preventative maintenance such as Dryer Vent cleanouts/replacing broken dryer vents & cages around property where birds have entered and are nesting - dryer vents are a top cause of apartment home fires.
Verified Renter The unit is great! There's plenty of space, I feel secure, the other residence all have been nice, the only reason it's not 5 stars is that some areas on the property look a little bit unmaintained.
Verified Renter Very friendly people that work in the office and friendly groundmen. My apartment is quiet because it's located in the back near the river. Looking forward to using the pool this summer.
Great place Love living here so far. The staff and everyone was super helpful in getting me set up to live with Scandia Apartments. I really enjoy living in a secluded area.
Impressive This community is amazing. The units are unique and spacious, well appointed and tastefully designed. The management team and Leasing reps are always there to assist with a great attitude. Snow removal last week was perfect. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. I'm very happy living here. David L
Scandia Apartments Review! Scandia has been a wonderful community for myself and my 2 dogs. I have a German Shepherd and Labrador and Scandia not only allowed my large pets but they also allowed the breed. As most complexes would not. They offer a well maintained dog park and doogie stations in several locations around the complex. Scandia is in a great location, close to many restaurants, convenience stores, and the Castleton Mall. Everything else is within 10 miles of the complex which is great for last minute needs. Lot's and Lot's to do for All Families Big or Little Scandia apartments are awesome!!! So much to do in the community like swim, volleyball, tennis, basketball, walk or ride your bike on a trail that goes for miles. Shopping close driving or walking distance. Schools are great!! Quiet family and dog friendly community, monthly contest's bingo on facebook.
