Verified Renter The unit is great! There's plenty of space, I feel secure, the other residence all have been nice, the only reason it's not 5 stars is that some areas on the property look a little bit unmaintained.

Great place Love living here so far. The staff and everyone was super helpful in getting me set up to live with Scandia Apartments. I really enjoy living in a secluded area.
Impressive This community is amazing. The units are unique and spacious, well appointed and tastefully designed. The management team and Leasing reps are always there to assist with a great attitude. Snow removal last week was perfect. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. I'm very happy living here. David L
Scandia Apartments Review! Scandia has been a wonderful community for myself and my 2 dogs. I have a German Shepherd and Labrador and Scandia not only allowed my large pets but they also allowed the breed. As most complexes would not. They offer a well maintained dog park and doogie stations in several locations around the complex. Lot's and Lot's to do for All Families Big or Little Scandia apartments are awesome!!! So much to do in the community like swim, volleyball, tennis, basketball, walk or ride your bike on a trail that goes for miles. Shopping close driving or walking distance. Schools are great!! Verified Renter Can I give less than one star? The management is a hot mess. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Overpriced. Unresponsive office. Unresponsive maintenance.
Verified Renter Staff at the office is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is incapable of providing time windows or of being on time when they do. Other residents are not always the best e.g. trash issues, not picking up after their dogs, dogs off leash
Verified Renter Unfortunately the staff, once again, refuses to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. They care nothing about their residents' comfort or experience, and absolutely cannot be counted on to fix issues that arise in their apartments. The staff is incompetent and they have no clue what good customer service is.
