Verified Renter The main complaint that I have about living here is that whenever you put in a service request, it takes them forever to get out. I have had an ongoing issue with my A/C.
Verified Renter My experience here has been cool. Maintenance works pretty fast. Office is understanding and works fasts too. Only complaint is the walls are too thin

Verified Renter I’d say I had a great move in experience. The only thing I was hit with is the dirty hall ways and the basic kitchen with limited cabinets. Over all huge apartment and the ladies and the office have been nice.

Verified Renter Scandia isnt terrible for the price. However, trash is always an issue, even with the trash cans provided with door pickup. You can always hear your neighbors and traffic. But the apartment is big and there’s a lot of light

Verified Renter Apartment was clean and move in ready. Perfect and convenient location. No issues with appliances, electric, or AC. Trash pickup is super convenient.
Verified Renter Maintenance needs to be more prompt. The new management has made drastic changes with cleaning the community. Newer appliances would be nice but overall a quiet community .
