RecommendedOur family had three vehicles go through the Collision Center for heavy hail damage from a storm earlier this summer, a brand new 2015 Dodge SUV, a 2014 Ford hatchback and a 2012 Nissan hatchback. The Center's manager, Kelly DeRita, was awesome to deal with as she guided me through the entire process of dealing with our insurance company, the adjuster and the car rental company. Review for Schumacher Collision WPB – I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received at Schumacher Collision WPB. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and ultimately a complete letdown. Your north Lake location is ruining your good name! The service manager, Tony Carroll should not be in a management position, laughing at customers as a manager is .
