After 9 weeks of waiting for a custom truck order, I was informed that at the time of ordering, the sales manager at Schumacher GMC West Palm decided to change the color of the truck to one with a more recent availability... without discussing it with me! Wont take appointments for oil changes or tire rotations. Waiting over a year for a missing chip for my car. Went there this morning at 9 am to try to get oil change. Service advisor said 70 cars were in front of me. What a crock lol

We retired and are moving to Mexico so I called the dealership in January to discuss turning it in. I called again I last week. All was good. Going to be an even turn in. Went in today and all of a sudden I need to pay 300 and then $1000 more!! Left. Went to CarMax and they paid my lease off and gave me $5678.82 ! On top of it Adam Kirschenbaum was rude. Will never go to that dealership again and I was a 4 time buyer. He tried to rip me off to the tune of almost $10,000. Shame Adam!

Prepare to be amazed in the worst way possible! The sales people are decent but will tell you what you want to hear. We were sold a service package that covers oil changes. “Just make an appointment and bring it in. We make it so easy!” Exact words. I call yesterday to make an appt and am told that is no longer offered. I call this morning and ask how long the que is and I’m told between and hour and a half, then I arrive and they tell me it will Be a minimum I’m of 2 hours because they are backed up….at 8:10 am. Yo compre un carro hace dos meses pagándoles full seguro de mecánica y full cover se suponía que tenía tres meses de garantía y con la promesa de que si el carro tendría algún problema ellos me podrían dar uno hasta que se resolviera el problema resulta que en estos días de lluvia mi carro se apagó y no arranco mas ,entonces cuando un mecánico lo revisa me dice que el carro me lo vendieron sin el cover que cubre el motor de la entrada del agua ,pues lo traje en grúa al dealer para chequear y el carro no sirve para más nada ... read more

My husband and I bought an e-golf used and brought it to this dealer because it wasn't working right. RIght away we got an attitude of too bad so sad, we don't work on it, tough. We found a local small mechanic that replaced some parts on it and did a great job so we just dealt with it. Then the car had an electric system error. The mechanic worked on it ALL DAY to try to fix it but couldnt figure out what was wrong and that it was a dealer code. They didn't charge us.
