My husband and I bought an e-golf used and brought it to this dealer because it wasn't working right. RIght away we got an attitude of too bad so sad, we don't work on it, tough. We found a local small mechanic that replaced some parts on it and did a great job so we just dealt with it. Then the car had an electric system error. The mechanic worked on it ALL DAY to try to fix it but couldnt figure out what was wrong and that it was a dealer code. They didn't charge us. Schumacher the epitome of shady, sleazy car dealerships! Update- The screw that doesn’t end. So after my Jeep sat in their service department yard for a year rotting in the sun and costing me about $6K. Schumacher destroyed it by not diagnosing the correct problem and ruining a brand new transmission.
