Terrible experience At the Body Shop! Kelly doesn’t return calls and Tony is extremely rude! The paint job was subpar (several pinhole defects), large scratch on my A pillar, terrible customer service, no returned calls, extra charges without my authorization and 5-days longer than quoted.

Horrible customer service! Impossible to reach them by phone, no one answers phone to answer questions. I called today for a question regarding the title to my car, could not speak to anyone for 4 hours. It was a simple answer that could have been resolved quickly and saved me a lot of time and anxiety. It took 4 hours for someone to call me back. This is not my first such experience with this dealership. Subaru cars are great but go to another dealership to buy one!

EXTREMELY rude, “smooth-operator” staff, claiming to be a “non-negotiable” dealership, that attempt to condescend to and bully potential customers. This includes management. Basically, unless you’re a clueless sap who wants to be taken advantage of, RUN from these people!!

This place must have the dimmest Internet staff known to man. I've been asking them to remove my email address from their mailing list for over three years. I've even phoned them and tried to explain how it's done... and they can't figure it out. I've never been to any of their locations. I've never even been to Florida. If they are that incompetent with something as simple as removing an email, I sure wouldn't deal with them with something as expensive and complicated as a modern automobile.
I always had awesome service but the last 4 months this place is going down hill. I left email for Chuck without an answer and the GM Sal. I had to contact Subaru Corporate for help. They left me a vm today sayinh they left 4 messages and the dealer won't return the manufacturers calls. The next update will be Friday. My oil leak is still not fixed after 2 different recommendations on the problem. And two oil changes in a week. Very sad.

Be respectful to your customers time. If you have an appointment but you really are not going to take the car at the appointed time. Please communicate that! Chances are I will never do buy another car from this Dealership. My only day off and it’s Christmas and I’m going out of town. Too stressful! Genuinely not great service.

I brought in my husband's S60 for multiple problems last week. They were basically mechanical but would take a few days to fix because they were seriously backed up. They immediately loaned me a car and I picked up my car in about 5 days. Meghan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening with my car. 5 STARS to this dealership!
My husbands car was STOLEN FROM THEIR LOT while they had it for service. To add to that, when we found out it was actually stolen, they wouldn't give me a loaner to go home with! I had to take an Uber.
