The WORST experience ever!!!! The financial guys harass me NEVER BUY CAR FROM THEM!!!! When I trade in my old Jetta with a new one they told me that they will pay my last payments like all the dealers do ! After we leased the new Jetta My wife call them to get information for the monthly payment and they didn’t have in their system our new car??? They were looking for their mistake for over one month. Drop off for Serpentine belt replacement tensioner and hood liner. Then to the body shop or left rear quarter replacement had it done in two weeks.
We have our q50 oil change here and we have had the best service with them. We visited the infinity dealership in boca and the service was absolutely horrible. I will only trust my baby (q50) to Raymond at Schumacher WPB.

I have always brought my jeeps to Schumacher for service and even bought my extended warranty fromthem, unfortunately I have to warn others against doing this. I brought my Jeep in two weeks ago for a routine service and I let them rotate my tires. Ever since my steering wheel vibrates on the highway and neither my service advisor nor the service manager Holger Friedman. This has been going on two weeks now and nobody there cares enough to return a call. Be warned don’t take your cars there

Terrible experience At the Body Shop! Kelly doesn’t return calls and Tony is extremely rude! The paint job was subpar (several pinhole defects), large scratch on my A pillar, terrible customer service, no returned calls, extra charges without my authorization and 5-days longer than quoted.

Horrible customer service! Impossible to reach them by phone, no one answers phone to answer questions. I called today for a question regarding the title to my car, could not speak to anyone for 4 hours. It was a simple answer that could have been resolved quickly and saved me a lot of time and anxiety. It took 4 hours for someone to call me back. This is not my first such experience with this dealership. Subaru cars are great but go to another dealership to buy one!
