"oil change" It is a truly pleasure to bring the car in for service. Bob is always flexible to accommodate my schedule to service the car. Mr. Schumacher is another subject> He should take calls from customers rather than turn them over to others. He seems to enjoy the limelight , TV & commercials. I purchased 5 cars from the dealership and has never returned a call. Maybe there should be a survey of the Boss??
"Service appointment" Service appointment was for 8:00. I am arrived a couple of minutes prior to 8:00 and was helped immediately. Staff was expecting my vehicle and after registering the service started quickly. My service was competed with the car washed and inside cleaned within the hour. Excellent job!
"Excellent Service" I am constantly amazed by the level of customer service by Todd Midgely. I cannot thank him enough for always attending to my needs. Thank you Todd!
"Air bag recall" My service advisor was Mr. Jenkins I have dealt with him several times. He is always polite and makes concerted efforts to keep me aware of the status of my vehicle.
"Joe Murphy Rocks!!" We returned to Schumacher after our 39 month Buick lease expired due to the professionalism and caring help of our salesman Joe Murphy. He makes buying/leasing a vehicle as painless as possible. Will definitely return when this lease is up for his assistance.
"Great Service" My brakes went out on my Saturn plus my check engine light was on. Bob at Schumacher got all my problems resolved. I had just bought an extended service policy and Bob worked with them to get my repairs covered as well as getting a rental car for me. Everything was arranged and I didn't have to do a thing.
"Great service every time" Great service every time. Nestor always fits me into the schedule because I am very busy. He also rectifies previous mistakes and helps get the best price.
"Excellent and professional" I buy my cars at this dealership because of Nestor in service. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My car fixed right and on time. I do not return for the same repair. Great job!
