"car broke down" Car broke down Saturday night and was towed in Monday by the after noon...... I was informed of the problem the car was ready by 3 pm
"DECEPTIVE PRACTICES " Deceptive sales practices. Fake charges on sales contract and sold a used car in very dangerous condition. Owner, used car manager both have refuses to answer emails and phone calls. BBB has been notified as well as the Florida Attorney General and Fla DMV & Highway Safety Department. Next step is Small claims court with an attorney.
"Service on Pontiac 2009 G6 on 10/12, and 10/16/16" Monday 10/12, My Appt was at 10:20... .It was a holiday, many 'drive ins' , no appts. Service representative Nestor was unaware of holiday and the overload of customers. Vague interest in my concerns and inability to understand, aloof in demeanor. "Lack of basic mechanical skills" This dealership is incapable of aligning the front end of my VW which they sold me brand new with a mid-aligned front end and also a dead battery. They were capable of replacing the battery but if they can't align a front end they'll probably screw up your oil change. I will never let these clowns touch my car again.
"Repeat Customer" This is my 5th vehicle purchased @ Schumacher's in the last 16 years. I would not have returned year after year if I was not satisfied.

"They installed a rear wiper on my 2010 Terrain during my..." They installed a rear wiper on my 2010 Terrain during my prior visit (Blade is only available at dealer). During the install, they cracked the part that holds the blade. Now, during my oil change, I asked them to put a new blade on. Well they could not because it was cracked. I was made to buy an entire new wiper arm. My wife drives this vehicle and I am in the market for a new one. Makes me think hard about buying a GMC or ever using/ buying from this place.
