The worst dealer in the US. Bad after sale. I bought a new Yukon, it came with a broken part in the trunk and with the steering misaligned. As I live far from West Palm Beach, I asked the seller (I have a text message to prove it) about the steering misalignment and he said I could fix it at any GMC dealer. The dealer in my city said that this is not included in the warranty and I have to pay to fix the defect. And if I want to replace the broken part, I have to pay for that too. "Sell and then vanish" Dont expect any help after they sell you a car. After phone calls with unreturned messages and multiple emails, I still cant get ahold of anyone to help me. I dont live in the area anymore otherwise I would be on their doorstep. Dont buy here.
"Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Bad Windshield Wiper at Delivery" This was my 1st trip to the service department since I purchased the vehicle. I didn't get his name but he wore a White Shirt and Tall person who walks around the Service Bays went above the call of duty and replaced my Driver Side Wiper at NO CHARGE. In contrast the Service Advisor upon checking in my car for service wouldn't change a bad Driver's Side Wiper under Warranty due to the mileage on the vehicle.
