"Recent lease experience" I recently leased/purchased our 5th vehicle from you. As usual we were treated courteously by Joe Murphy, who was knowledgeable and cognizant of our needs. "Great Service Dept." I recently brought my Enclave in for routine maintenance and a recall check. I was immediately greeted and told that Nestor was waiting inside per my scheduled appointment time. We went through all the issues I had, and was offered a courtesy car. Nestor called later with the progress as promised. He then called again to let us know that the car was ready for pick-up. "Replace remote that had broken." The remote for my 2010 Buick broke and had to be replaced. Mike Tavares, xxx't Service Mgr, greted me when i came into the service area in a friendly and courteous manner. When I explained what I wanted, he explained the procedure and time required as well as the cost. While I was not particularly happy with the cost, I was quite satisfied with the manner with which it was handled.
