"Over 20 years" I have been doing business with Schumacher Buick for over 20 years. I have always found them to be polite, and fair dealing. I purchased several cars from them through the years, and have always been satisfied. Nestor Lantigua, in their service department, is first rate. I will continue to do business with them.
"The service is second to none" I have purchased 4 vehicles from Schumacher but stay with them because of their service and Nestor Lantigua. I went there on his recommendation, I stay there because of him and the rest of his service team! No one does it better!

Explained the work need to be done and gave me an approximate price which is more than I had to pay,that was nice. And I waited in the very clean and comfortable waiting room. Which was not long. "car repair due to accident" Bob in Service Dept was great getting my car repaired in body shop on a timely manner. Very professional experience and happy with the work that was done.
"Good but frustrating " My salesperson was very good and my overall experience buying the car was good. It is afterwards trying to get basic items that should have come with a GM certified car. Just got my second key almost 4 weeks after buying the car. Still waking on items for the trunk are (mat, gap cover and privacy screen.
