UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW RECAP…. . imagine placing an order for an $80,000 GMC truck from Schumacher GMC in West Palm in the color you selected only to have that color changed by someone at the dealership without your knowledge prior to the order being submitted to GM for production. After 9 weeks of waiting for a custom truck order, I was informed that at the time of ordering, the sales manager at Schumacher GMC West Palm decided to change the color of the truck to one with a more recent availability... without discussing it with me! I have now sold my other truck since my salesman Alfred Paulding told me the new build had arrived and was ready to be picked up... only to find out it is the wrong color... BUYER BEWARE…… THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. They practice built and switch and sell your vehicle out from under you. GO ELSEWHERE. Ordered a truck and the sales office took it upon themselves to change the color that was ordered with notifying the buyer. They then had the nerve to sell the vehicle out from under the buyer. STAY AWAY FROMS THIS DEALERSHIP

GO ELSEWHERE…..GMC will be contacted reading the most recent experience of ordering a truck and Alfred and his sales team changing the color submitted without advising. It wasn’t until the truck was delivered that Alfred advised the color was changed…..clearly bait and switch by this reprehensible dealership.

I had a horrific experience with this dealer buying a 2022 GMC AT4. Within 600 miles the truck had check engine light come on. They told me "The tank was full of gas". I let this marinate for about 3 days before I challenged the idea and they charged me over $800 to drain the tank. There was no way I put 25 gallons of gas in a diesel truck and was able to drive, home to palm beach, then to fort Lauderdale, then back home to palm beach, before the check engine light came on on my ride into work that Monday. We purchased a Suburu and Our Salesman Nick was great! But, we purchased a Suburu in January 2022 .. and we are still waiting for our title … they have made excuses after excuses… very unprofessional…

I paid almost 1. 000 about two weeks ago for oil change checking other fluids levels when I got home and went to drive the next day I saw oil spill towards the front of my vehicle, remind you they had my vehicle over 4 hours so if there was a leak it should have been discussed in addition I would have known my vehicle is kept in my garage this was the doing of Schumacher service center! They tried to say today that my vehicle was over 10 Yrs plus and that’s why I have a oil leak?? Un acceptable response I will never recommen... read more
