Richard Schumacher brought his family to the Palm Beaches after a highly successful career as a Ford dealer in the Chicago area. He immediately embraced the community and began a philosophy of service to customers that would carry on for generations. It was not long after opening Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach, that Richard and his team became the number one Buick dealer in the State of Florida.

"Sell and then vanish" Dont expect any help after they sell you a car. After phone calls with unreturned messages and multiple emails, I still cant get ahold of anyone to help me. I dont live in the area anymore otherwise I would be on their doorstep. Dont buy here.
"Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Bad Windshield Wiper at Delivery" This was my 1st trip to the service department since I purchased the vehicle. I didn't get his name but he wore a White Shirt and Tall person who walks around the Service Bays went above the call of duty and replaced my Driver Side Wiper at NO CHARGE. In contrast the Service Advisor upon checking in my car for service wouldn't change a bad Driver's Side Wiper under Warranty due to the mileage on the vehicle. "Dishonest employee" When this employee was specifically asked a question he was deceptive and did not tell the truth. Also on the receipt tried to upsell me for work that did not need to be done.
"car broke down" Car broke down Saturday night and was towed in Monday by the after noon...... I was informed of the problem the car was ready by 3 pm
"DECEPTIVE PRACTICES " Deceptive sales practices. Fake charges on sales contract and sold a used car in very dangerous condition. Owner, used car manager both have refuses to answer emails and phone calls. BBB has been notified as well as the Florida Attorney General and Fla DMV & Highway Safety Department. Next step is Small claims court with an attorney.
