"New Tahoe Premier" At only 2,300 miles, my entire AC control buttons failed to respond. I brought the SUV to Schumacher Chevy on Northlake Blvd. Service writer, Rob Nanz was very professional & accommodating. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered & fixed within 48 hours. Rob Nanz kept me informed all along the way. I was provided with a loaner for the duration.
"Came in for an oil change" I always go to Schumacher for my oil changes. The service advisor Nick is great. He is very professional and gets me the services I need and gets me out in a timely manner.
