"Nick Jensen in service is The Best!" Brought my 2019 Traverse in for service. When I arrived, Nick saw me and instantly remembered me! He is so nice and knowledgeable and took his time to make sure all of my needs were met! These traits are hard to find these days, but not with Nick! He is a huge asset to Schumacher Northlake!! "Routine Service" No hassel. Easy drop off and pick up. My service writer even went to get my car as they were short staffed. Offered to take my car thru the dealer car wash. Very Satisfied.
