"Sales " The salesman Nelson Gosman and Mike Howell made this a very pleasurable experience without any hassle in a very professional manner. Mr. Gosman was very knowledgeable in explaining and setting up the On Star and Sirius XM features. They made the transition from the old Malibu to the new Cruze easy.
