"Professionalizm " Dennis Vaughan is the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with and would recommend Him and Schumacher to anyone looking for a vehicle and a positive experience while doing it. "Ray Martinez is the one to look for @ Schumacher Chevrolet!" Ray Martinez was the most knowledgeable sales profetional I've ever encountered. He knew everything about the truck I was interested in buying,and answered all my questions quickly.He helped me choose the right truck at the right price. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family members to him. I know he will make there experience as great as he made mine!!!
"Amazing !" I truly happy with my lease ! Ray was very thorough. I am likely to return. The customer service was exceptional. Ray did a great job at explaining all the specs of the car.
"SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER (JACK)" Having a Service Manager of his demeanor, understanding of staff and customers needs and feelings is the largest PLUS that Schumacher may have made this point. The follow-up that he does to ensure a customer is totally satisfied is exemplary. After a purchase, service is essential and HE gives it 150%. Thank YOU Jack!!! Not sure about any impact on my car re: recalls.

"Recall Repair" Dave Stadelman took excellent care of me with a recall issue on my 2012 Buick Enclave. It was completed when he said it ould be while I waited.
"Great auto repair/service and sales." Tom Ford (sales) was great and what a wonderful personality! Jesse in the Service Department took care of the issues without missing a beat and was very complete. Both were professional and kept us informed on the progress of our vehicles.
"Cheverolet Traverse " My wife and I were very satisfied with process in buying our new vehicle. Harvey did awesome job showing us the how the vehicle works.
"Service at Schumacher on Northlake Blvd." I am very pleased with the service I received at Schumacher. Though I didn't buy my car there, I will next time. They understand Chevy's and treated me well. I have used the dealership 3 times, 2X's for minor issues and 1 time for a rough idle. I am happy to say that Dave explained my car's issue to the service crew and the computer expert. They were able to update my car's computer and now it is running smoothly.
