"EXCELLENT SERVICE" I FELT THAT PETER AND RYAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY BOTH TREATED ME WITH DIGNITY AND KINDNESS. PETER WAS VERY MINDFUL OF MY NEEDS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE TRANSACTION IN GREAT DETAIL. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WILL CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH SCHUMACHER CHEVROLET IN THE FUTURE.
"Effecient service visit" I had a 9:00 am appointment and was taken care of right on time. I had an air bag recall plus I had a checkup and a tire rotation and oil change. I was on my way by 10:30. I was very pleased with the quick service. Plus I paid with dollars built up from prior visits.
"Service" The problems have been complex to say the lease but David Stadelman has stayed with it and I feel everything is up to snuff with my car. I am confident that Schumacher service considers all customers important. I always have a confident feeling when I come in for service that I will be well taken care of.
"New Car Experience" I have had the pleasure of either purchasing or leasing 5 vehicles from Schumacher Buick, Chevrolet, GMC on Northlake in Lake Park, FL. in the past 3 years. I have also sent my father-in-law, son's girlfriend & her brother, a friend of my middle son and a co-worker of my son for new vehicles.
