Bonus was coupons that arrive by mail from the dealer. Extremely busy place, tough job for the drive in persons, sometime making them nervous, through no fault of their own.

Fraud- theft- bait and switch. All 3 apply to this dealership. I am in the process of a Lemon Law for my 2022 vehicle. Schumacher agreed to process the claim and had me come in and pick a replacement vehicle. I met with the salesman - Brett- to pick my replacement vehicle Schumacher agreed to hold until GM finished the paperwork. Brett called me and told me they required a $ 1000 deposit on June 4 to hold the vehicle- (I had the spec sheet and information which was sent to GM). I gave him my credit card for the deposit. Purchased a 2019 sprinter from Emmanuel and all good til my temp tags expired last month. I called days before ro try to locate the permanent tags or get another temp tag issued and nobody called back. Spoke to the receptionist and said she would relay the message but no call backs from anyone. This is why I will not send my folks there, who are looking to buy another car to this place. Man up JP and call me back
I happened upon this dealership a few years ago and am not happy with anything to do with them - I just purchased a brand new Corvette from Hendrick and will be in the market for 2 more vehicles this year - I have an ongoing feeling about this dealership and it's called NAS - NEVER AGAIN SCHUMACHER
Overall, I was pleased with the dealership from a customer's experience except for one major thing. There hourly rate they charge is $275//hour, and all their work is based on this rate so any repair you make is going to be very expensive when you are paying those types of rates. In addition, they bill based on how many hours they are allowed to bill for NOT how long the job takes. You can’t make an oil change appointment only appointments for other work, oil changes are first come first serve. The last three times I have come in I waited 3 to 4 hours for the oil change to be completed. The service advisor told me there is nothing he could do they are backed up. This is an idiotic customer service policy and needs to be changed. I have decided when I buy a new truck I will go to another dealer due to the service department issue.
The Schumacher tagline is “come join the family. ” Based on my recent traumatic, near death experience, this is no family you want to join. For your safety and peace of mind, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. Schumacher does not care that my husband and I had a wheel come off while driving down the interstate after they serviced our Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for a routine oil change and tire rotation.
