"service" I took car in for oil change, tire rotation and window that dropped into door and would not raise to closed position. Was driven home and brought back same day. First rate service. Thanks Schumacher!
"Unhappy customer!☹️" Took my hummer3 in for service, got my truck back in a couple days still not running good. Put it back in the shop to be serviced again AND to address the issue of a dent in my bumper and my tag and plate was broken and crumbled up! Then once my car was back there the manager only replaced my plate with one of theirs and then say he's not taking responsibility for my bumper! "No problem with service " Took my Equinox in for the 4th time to have issues with the Infotainment system fixed. All the dealership can do is download new software. So far the engineers at GM have not written or modified the software to fix a bunch of problems. Talking to the GM Infotainment people is a lost cause. I will keep taking my vehicle back until somehow they finally fix all the software or hardware problems. I assumed the system would work properly when the vehicle was purchased.
"Service repair charges" Labor charges are very high compared to the needed low parts charges. We are even charged $39 for the repair orders to be given to the service department. That doesn't make for good relations to bring customers back.
"Average Experience" Bought a used car from this dealership and salesman was helpful on the front side of the sale but when we picked up the car it was discovered that the second key fob was missing they said they would order a new one and they would call when it cam in. After three weeks I didn't hear from anyone so I stopped in to find out what was going on. I was told there was no key fob ordered in my name so they reorder it again this. "DISHONEST OR INCOMPETENT...YOU DECIDE" Brought in a vehicle for a diagnostic and they advised approx 900 in repairs and "maybe" issue would be resolved. Took to another repair shop and it was am eye hook and wire and none of the three things they said "HAD" to be replaced. Back to Schumacher and requested my diagnostic fee of $120.00 be refunded since none of the three things repaired were the cause of the problem. . "Over priced car and under valued trades!" I was disappointed yet again by the same dealership. I have consistently experienced this dealership as one in which the good deal is elusive. My trade was under valued by $4000 and the vehicle I was negotiating for was over priced by $3000...and I was treated poorly when I pointed this out. "Clutch Install" 2007 C6 Corvette convertible with 22k miles on it needed a new clutch, supposedly b/c of driver error. After the repair, I found out it was not driver error at all, but the fact that the car had not been run and it literally turned to glue. The car has been in 3 times in the last 2 weeks for the same unresolved problem. P0833 - check engine light on for the clutch. They are trying to tell me again that it is driver error. "Recall Service Turned Nightmare" I brought my car into the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd at 7:30am for a recall repair and for my brakes to be inspected. I received a call at 10:30am with information regarding the estimate for my brakes; I could not answer the phone because I was at work so they left a message.
