"4 Horrible experiences STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1" Bought a 2014 Volt was supposed to be white and the dealership told me he was looking at it, so i flew down from NY to find out it was black and they did not have any other Volts in stock. 1st LIE Then i called them when i wanted a truck and they told me they had a fully loaded Denali in WHITE again so i flew down again and low and behold it was black so i had to take that one and when they washed it they scratched front bumper. "Service" My service was warranty work, it took 5 days and they supplied a rental so I had a vehicle the whole time while in service

"Poor service" My car was left at the service station all day to get a call at 4:30 to let me know nothing was done to my car because someone had an emergency. Ask them to check my AC pressure because it showed it was low. got my car at 5:15 p.m. indicator still show it was low. I felt that I I'm not taken seriously when I bring in my vehicle.

"Bait and Switch" I drove 1HR 20 Min to buy a 2017 corvette the advertised with under 300 miles made an appointment with the salesman. got there no sales man gone home, went to see the car said I've come to purchase the car and all of a sudden the car is sold. then they tried to sell me a car that I had no interest in. you don't get much worse than this in the way of treatment. I would advise any potential customer to stay clear of the company they lie to your face.

"Routine service " As a business owner with a fleet of over a dozen vehicles , this is our first Chevy and based on my overall experience I can see a reason why to switch our fleet from the subpar and mire than often horrible service my company has endured with Ford products.
