"Charger for wrong issue and TREATED POORLY when returned " Charged for a misdiagnosed and spoken to poorly due to my issue of a popping noise wasnt resolved and I was had returned over 5 visits then was told to return again by GMC which Kellie E. "Dissatisfaction of service " I was told that the 6 spark plugs were gone bad in my 2014 Chevrolet Suberban and 1 wire needed to be replaced. The gentleman gave me a paper showing that 6 spark plugs and the wire. After back and forth talk with my extended warranty folks and the dealership where I bought the vehicle, the gentleman told me that they will do the service for me for $623 and change which I, at the end, agreed to. "A stressful waste of time" Beware of this dealer selling a new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado with VIN 1GCGSCEN3J1236815. Dealer notified and fully aware of damage on November 17, 2018. They sold me this vehicle on November 17, 2018 without any mention of damage. Upon bringing the vehicle home, I noticed extensive damage on the top to the cab and immediately contacted the dealer. The salesperson who sold me the truck said they would replace the vehicle. I returned the truck to the dealership on November 17, 2018 for a full refund.... read more

"Dealer creates new problems" If you want to take your car into service so a dealer can have fix the problem and then cause many additional problems to get you back in to service again then go to Schumacher Chevy. also they will charge you 300% more for parts and labor then you can have it done by an independent mechanic. I took my car in in June 2018 and had to take it back in to service in July for the same problem plus four more problems. "Worst Purchase I ever made " My overall experience buying my car was great. Mike is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone however a few week about purchasing my brand new Chevy it started giving me a lot of issues. First my tire sensors were going off then the fuel gauge wasn't reading the accurate fuel level then it wasn't registering how much gas was in my car, my light would come on at 1/8 or wouldn't come on at all. "service" I took car in for oil change, tire rotation and window that dropped into door and would not raise to closed position. Was driven home and brought back same day. First rate service. Thanks Schumacher!
"Unhappy customer!☹️" Took my hummer3 in for service, got my truck back in a couple days still not running good. Put it back in the shop to be serviced again AND to address the issue of a dent in my bumper and my tag and plate was broken and crumbled up! Then once my car was back there the manager only replaced my plate with one of theirs and then say he's not taking responsibility for my bumper! "No problem with service " Took my Equinox in for the 4th time to have issues with the Infotainment system fixed. All the dealership can do is download new software. So far the engineers at GM have not written or modified the software to fix a bunch of problems. Talking to the GM Infotainment people is a lost cause. I will keep taking my vehicle back until somehow they finally fix all the software or hardware problems. I assumed the system would work properly when the vehicle was purchased.
"Service repair charges" Labor charges are very high compared to the needed low parts charges. We are even charged $39 for the repair orders to be given to the service department. That doesn't make for good relations to bring customers back.
