Fraud- theft- bait and switch. All 3 apply to this dealership. I am in the process of a Lemon Law for my 2022 vehicle. Schumacher agreed to process the claim and had me come in and pick a replacement vehicle. I met with the salesman - Brett- to pick my replacement vehicle Schumacher agreed to hold until GM finished the paperwork. Brett called me and told me they required a $ 1000 deposit on June 4 to hold the vehicle- (I had the spec sheet and information which was sent to GM). I gave him my credit card for the deposit.
