Such an amazing experience Everyone there is always so helpful. My friend brought me to drop off my car for a service, and the service manager saw she was using the spare tire, and he quickly grabbed someone and made sure it got fixed. We didn't even have to ask about it.

VW Passat I called sales manager Ryan Panella on a Sunday told him what I wanted. He said he had one and it would be ready when I got there. Upon arrival I dealt with Chase Bond who was terrific. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and easy to work with.

Speedy Service Started my day at 7:20 a.m. with a dead battery! Had the car jump started and got it to the dealership - Doreen got me back on the road within an hour! If there is anything negative to say - it would be about VW. This is my second CC and the batteries and tires on both vehicles did not last. I have had my current one for just over 2 years and already replaced those items. Same situation for my first CC !
Great Chase Bond was great. I was very un-decisive as to buy or lease. New or used. Very patient with me. Let me decide in my own time. Got a great price and will definitely go back.
