Always a hassle-free experience My experience at the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd has only been about the service department. YEARLY SERVICE WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THE AFTERNOON WAS A GOOD TIME TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE, THE RESPONSE FROM CINDI WAS "GREAT". service and dashboard computer problem When I arrived at the dealership I met Patrick Casey. I started explaining the problem I was having with the dashboard and before I could finish Patrick knew what was going on and explained to me what was going on. He was knowledgable and friendly. He took care of the problem and service in a timely manner.
Easy in and out service Cindy was very helpful and was able to take care of servicing my car in a timely manner. not only did she take care of service, but also had my car cleaned as well.
