Speedy Service Started my day at 7:20 a.m. with a dead battery! Had the car jump started and got it to the dealership - Doreen got me back on the road within an hour! If there is anything negative to say - it would be about VW. This is my second CC and the batteries and tires on both vehicles did not last. I have had my current one for just over 2 years and already replaced those items. Same situation for my first CC !
Great Chase Bond was great. I was very un-decisive as to buy or lease. New or used. Very patient with me. Let me decide in my own time. Got a great price and will definitely go back.

Always a hassle-free experience My experience at the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd has only been about the service department. I have been there on two occasions and both experiences have been excellent. Cindy, the service personnel that I have delt with both times is a genuine, kind, honest, and extremely helpful.
