Cindy Does it Best For Her Customers Cindy gave us a reasonable quote for what a 60000 mile checkup might cost, she booked the car for service on the day I requested, she said it would not take long, I added that there was a buzzing noise in the air fan, she let us know they found a problem with the fan and what it would cost to replace it. She delivered the car finished, washed and at the cost as projected. We were indeed, very pleased.
Doreen is awesome! Doreen in VW serice is a pleasure to work with, she is easy to contact set up and make appointemnts and treats me right. When my car wasnt ready as expected she gave me a loaner so I wasnt inconvenenced in any way
Check Engine Light Stopped by on a Saturday morning, without an appointment, and the service department resolved the problem with the check engine light and had us on our way! Schumacher really goes the extra mile in customer service, their great!

Broken Sensor ABS brakes sensor was replaced. Cynthia was very helpful. Even provided rental car when she found out part was not in stock. Very happy with service.
Had a great experience and they did a great job! They took great care of us and our vehicle. Service was excellent!! The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Our Service person Cyndi was very nice and gave us a fair price for all work completed on our car!
Patrick Casey is the bomb.com!!! The beginning of my visit was a disaster. I drove up and spoke with the rudest service rider ever. Cindy was her name. Every question I asked was a NO can't help you. Maybe because it was an older vehicle or it was 4:00 pm not sure. I drive a 08 VW Passat Wagon and trust me if they made a newer model I would so get one. But she was so rude.
