Had a miscellaneous charge of $47 with no description. Still do not know what it was for. Car was not washed/vaccumed after spending $700 + in service.
Arrived on time for a scheduled safety recall repair for my 2008 VW Tiguan. The young gentleman said it would probably take about 1.5 hours for the repair so he offered for the shuttle to take me to the nearest department store. After sitting in the very uncomfortable waiting area at the dealership for over an hour, the shuttle never showed, and I was told they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle.
