Very good experience - went there for 30000K service and no issues with the service. The Service was covered under the extended service from Volkswagen so can't comment on prices. Overall was a good experience - Thanks

My experience with the Internet team and rest of the sales staff couldn't have been easier. From Anthony responding to an on-line inquiry with a great price and making arrangements to bring the car to the location closer to my office, to Brian's courtesy call as a reminder, to the professionalism of Nick handling the transaction and TJ making the paperwork as painless as possible. I've had numerous (usually 2 at a time) VW's the last few years and we needed to get my youngest daughter out of her lease (under my name) and into a better priced and better fit vehicle. Ryan was attentive and was instrumental in getting my daughter into a new Jetta to replace the 2012 cc lease. Excellent salesmanship, excellent product, excellent dealership! Wayne Salen

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW FROM 2 WEEKS AGO TO FOLLOW UP ON WHAT HAPPENED SINCE THEN: THIS REVIEW IS FOR EVERY INNOCENT, HONEST, YOUNG FEMALE, OUT THERE SO THEY DO NOT GET SCREWED OVER BY THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN! I finally get to speak to Joe again 3 days later to see what he has decided, if anything. He explains to me that they are not paying for the rental. 7. The next day I submit my paper work for the reimbursement for the rental which is a total of $859.86. Of course, my warranty is not covering it at all because my advisor only got approval from them of an 8-Hour shop time to replace the radio, he did not tell my warranty that THEY BROKE THE RADIO AND MADE ME KEEP THE CAR THERE FOR 2.5 WEEKS. I once gave this dealership a 5 star review, but I can no longer do that. The last two experiences I’ve had with their sales department have been mired in unnecessary charges and fees, I’ve received such a run around, and I would hate to think it’s because of my gender and age. I’ve also called their service department to get the battery replaced on my key fob, and after four calls, I’ve decided they really don’t need my business. Mr. Jim Liantonio was very rude. did not fix issue. Secondary set of keys did not work after purchasing the vehicle, Mr. Liantonio was very rude and refused to replace/fix even after telling him I have a disabled infant and therapy animal. Because of Mr. Liantonio I will never purchase another vw nor deal with Schumacher dealership again. I will forewarn my friends, family, and acquaintances including social media.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE I recently purchased an automobile from your dealership. I was extremely satisfied with the purchase process. Jon Boatman, although new to the dealership, did a great job. He answered most of my questions, and found someone who knew the answers to the questions he couldn't. He went out of his way to make sure that I would be a satisfied customer.
